Refund and Returns Policy

At D’Nue Affaire, we take pride in formulating each product with care, transparency, and attention to detail. We genuinely hope you love our products as much as we love creating them. However, if you ever need to return or exchange a product, we’re here to ensure the process is quick and hassle-free.

 

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

 

a) You received an incorrect product.

b) You received a damaged product.

c) You received an expired product.

If your order falls under any of the above categories, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Please ensure that you attach clear images of the damaged, or incorrect items as proof.

For Exchanges: Once the images are reviewed and approved, we’ll process a replacement for the same item.

For Returns: After verification, we’ll issue a coupon equivalent to the product’s MRP for future purchases.

Important Notes

We will be unable to accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
a) The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
b) The product has been used or altered by the customer.
c) The product is returned without its original packaging, price tags, or labels.
d) Products purchased during ₹99/₹199 sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

Processing Timeline

Once we receive your request, please allow us up to 48 hours to review it. After approval, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner directly from your doorstep.
Once the returned product is received and verified by our quality team, we’ll initiate your refund or replacement within 24 hours of approval.
